We start from what an experienced full-time leader costs where the operator is based. For Singapore: Ministry of Manpower wage data or a 2026 recruiter salary survey, 13 months of pay, plus employer CPF. For the US: Bureau of Labor Statistics pay data (May 2025), grossed up for benefits, which are 31.5% of full-time compensation (June 2026). We divide by 230 working days, then add 20 to 50 percent for fractional terms. Singapore figures are converted at US$1 = S$1.2771 (25 September 2026).
Why the gap matters
The same seat costs very different amounts on each side of the corridor. Use it.
GM Asia, 2 days
A Singapore-based operator opening the region for a US company.
US CMO, 2 days
A US-based operator taking a Southeast Asian product to American buyers.
Buy the outcome
Three days a week costs about one and a half times the two-day figure. Most corridor briefs start at two.
Questions
Why publish the fees?
Because the rate should go to the operator, and you should know exactly what the platform costs before you start.
Is the placement fee charged forever?
No. It applies to the operator's fees for the first six months of each engagement, then stops.
Can we pause the company plan?
Yes. Pause any month you are not hiring or engaged.
How often is the benchmark updated?
Every quarter. We will add Fraconomy quote data, with sample sizes, as it builds.
