Corridor Rate Benchmark, Q4 2026. We start from what an experienced full-time leader costs where the operator is based. For Singapore: Ministry of Manpower wage data or a 2026 recruiter salary survey, 13 months of pay, plus employer CPF. For the US: Bureau of Labor Statistics pay data (May 2025), grossed up for benefits, which are 31.5% of full-time compensation (June 2026). We divide by 230 working days, then add 20 to 50 percent for fractional terms. Singapore figures are converted at US$1 = S$1.2771 (25 September 2026).

Questions
Why hire a US operator instead of flying a leader over?
US buyers expect local references, US-style sales motions and someone in their time zone. A US-based operator brings the network and the playbook while your core team stays where it is.
Can a US operator work with a team in Asia?
Yes. US mornings overlap with the Singapore evening. Most corridor operators keep two or three fixed overlap windows a week with the home team.
Do we need a US entity?
Not to start. A US-based operator can work as a contractor to your Singapore or regional company. A Delaware entity usually follows once you have US customers or a US raise in view.
How do we pay a US operator?
We invoice you monthly and settle the operator in US dollars. You pay one invoice, in US dollars or your home currency by arrangement.
