For senior operators
A practice without borders.
Two clients, two markets, your terms. We bring companies crossing between the US and Southeast Asia. You bring the experience of having done it.
What you get
What exists today, and what we are building next. We say which is which.
Qualified introductions
Companies that have written down the market, the outcome and the days they can fund, so you price against something real.
Contracts both sides can sign
Scope, IP and confidentiality terms that work for a US company and an Asia-based operator, and the reverse.
Your full rate
No cut of your fee. Companies pay our plan and placement fee.
The operating layer
Multi-currency payouts, a contract library, and group insurance at member rates. In build.
What we look for
Both sides of the corridor
You have worked for a US company in Asia, or brought an Asian product to US buyers.
Outcomes you can name
A market opened, a first team hired, a raise closed, a pipeline built. With references.
Capacity
One to three days a week, with fixed overlap hours for clients on the other side.
Questions
Who is the corridor bench for?
Senior operators who have worked across the US and Southeast Asia: Singapore-based leaders with US company experience, and US-based leaders with Asian market or product experience.
Do you take a cut of my rate?
No. You set and keep your rate. Companies pay Fraconomy a plan fee and a placement fee for the first six months of an engagement.
What does membership cost?
US$99 a month once you are accepted and taking introductions. Applying is free.
How do you vet operators?
We check track record, speak to references and interview each operator on cross-border outcomes they have delivered before they are introduced.
Built a market before?
Describe what you have done in a few lines. We draft your profile and reply personally.
